Who we are
Apex Specialist Spray Coatings LTD is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to Apexspecialistspraycoatings@outlook.com.
Information we collect
When you request a callback, we collect your name and telephone number or email address. Previous quote requests and their attachments remain in the private management area. If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, those services handle the information you choose to send.
Website analytics
Our website records anonymous page totals and aggregate call, email and WhatsApp button clicks using our own counter. Contact click totals store only the date, page address, channel and count; they do not establish whether an enquiry was completed. If you consent to optional analytics, Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager and may collect information about pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referral source, interactions and technical identifiers such as your IP address. We use this information to understand and improve the website. Google Analytics remains off unless you accept it through the cookie controls.
How we use it
We use quotation information to assess your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quotation, contact you about the requested work, plan any resulting project and maintain appropriate business records. We use consented analytics information to measure and improve website performance. We do not sell your personal information.
Our lawful basis
We process quotation information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating our business and keeping suitable records. Optional Google Analytics processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the website’s “Cookie settings” button.
Sharing and storage
Callback contact details are sent through Web3Forms to notify us by email. Previous quote requests and uploaded photos and videos remain in the private Apex management area. Web3Forms says its servers are in the United States. Information may also be handled by service providers that support this website and our business operations. When analytics is accepted, information is shared with Google as our analytics provider and may be processed outside the UK under Google’s applicable safeguards. We only share information where reasonably necessary, legally required or authorised by you. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, resulting work, legal obligations, analytics purposes and legitimate business records.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Photographs and videos
Please avoid uploading photographs or videos containing people, vehicle registrations, confidential documents or unrelated personal information. Previously uploaded quotation photographs and videos are kept privately with the enquiry and are not placed in the public gallery unless separate permission is obtained.
