Apex completed project
I was brought in to refurbish the main entrance at Swansway OMODA in Stockport. The work covered the previously painted entrance surround and both adjoining side sections. My aim was to restore the tired surfaces and create a clean, modern finish that complemented the showroom’s professional appearance and OMODA branding.
Before work began
The existing painted entrance had become worn and uneven, with visible surface imperfections across the panels. The previous coating required thorough preparation before it could be recoated to ensure the new paint system achieved a smooth, consistent and long-lasting finish.
The Apex standard
I carefully sanded back the existing painted surfaces, removing imperfections and smoothing the edges of the old coating. All surrounding windows, doors, signage, glazing, paving and adjoining surfaces were then fully taped and masked to protect them from overspray. The prepared areas were cleaned and checked before spraying began.
Completed finish
The completed entrance now has a smooth, uniform Anthracite Grey finish that gives the dealership a sharper and more contemporary appearance. The newly coated entrance and side sections create a strong focal point at the centre of the showroom while complementing the surrounding Honda and OMODA frontage. Careful preparation and precise masking produced clean edges and a professional, factory-style result.
