Apex Specialist Spray Coatings Ltd completed an on-site electric gate and uPVC fence refurbishment at a private residential property in Darras Hall, Ponteland, Newcastle The gate and fencing had faded through exposure to sunlight, affecting the appearance of the entrance to an otherwise beautifully presented property.

Full Industrial Refurbishment — Former Travis Perkins Site

Full industrial refurbishment and protective spray-coating works • Leeds

Complete refurbishment of two former Travis Perkins industrial buildings, covering external cladding, trims, fascias, guttering, downpipes, roller shutters, fire doors, perimeter fencing, entrance gates, safety barriers, internal structural steelwork and breeze-block walls. The works included professional cleaning, high-pressure washing, removal of failing coatings, mechanical preparation, corrosion treatment, repairs, masking, priming and spray application. The completed scheme combines RAL 7037 Dusty Grey, RAL 9005 Jet Black, RAL 1023 Traffic Yellow and Brilliant White to deliver a clean, coordinated and fully modernised finish.
